Upcoming Events /Notices Lenten Supper Schedule – 2012 The first person(s), on the list, is responsible for contacting the people listed on their date. Each group should make out a report as to the amount of food ordered and served and also what the cost was to each server. Give this report to Connie. We ask that you use the menu for your week. The menu was planned to be a light Lenten meal. Milk is paid by Trinity and should be charged at Andy’s Grocery. You are welcome to “come as you are” from work or school, eat, enjoy the fellowship and stay for the Lenten Service immediately following the meal. Serving time is 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The worship service begins at 7:00 p.m. Please respect those involved in the worship service, stop all kitchen clean-up and join the service. Weather Cancellation Policy: Worship services will be cancelled if there is no travel advised. The following radio stations will be called: KJJK-FM (96.5) and KBRF-AM (1250). Calls will be made to the pastors and organists only. Individual calls will not be made. Please use your personal judgment before venturing out in the winter weather. The Sunday School has its own cancellation policy. The email “Prayer Chain” will also be activated to notify any cancellations.
PRAY-ER CHAIN INFORMATION In order to be more effective with our “Pray-er Chain”, some changes have been discussed regarding how members of the “Chain” are contacted. Since many members have computers, email and busy schedules, it would be more convenient for many members if they are contacted through email. Then they will receive prayer chain information when it is convenient for them and also be able to pray without the pressure of having to make more phone calls. For those prayer chain members who do not have computers, they will still be contacted by phone. IF YOU WISH TO BE INVOLVED IN RECEIVING “EMAIL PRAY-ER CHAIN” INFORMATION AND HAVE ACCESS TO EMAIL – PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO JOYCE (O) AAMOT. She will then have your email address and can email prayer chain information to you. IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE PRAY-ER CHAIN INFORMATION BY PHONE, PLEASE LET JOYCE KNOW THAT ALSO. Once all this information is received, an up-dated Prayer Chain call list will be distributed.
